The Baldur Variety is the perfect place to start!  The Variety is the newest office building in Baldur and features 5 newly renovated office spaces.  It also has a waiting area, washroom, and utility room.  4 of the 5 offices are currently home to Nifty Nails by Deb, Tina Dalzell Hair Design, Hannah Blockx Massage Therapy, and Treble Law Barrister & Solicitor.  Whether you are looking for a quiet office space or are ready to start your business, these offices are ready for you!

Various sizes and configurations are available.  The offices include the use of the waiting room, fridge, microwave, washroom, and utility room (washer/dryer, etc.).
