Is there a campground or other accommodations in the area?

You bet!  We have a beautiful campground located near Argyle Centennial Park with 12 fully serviced sites (30amp/Water/Sewer) and an area for un-serviced parking. First come - First served, simply pull in and choose an available site. If you are a planner, email office@rmofargyle to book your site.
