2026 Summer Student Positions

                 The RM of Argyle invites applications  for 2026 Summer Student positions

RM of Argyle Recreation Activity Worker

This position includes planning and assisting the RM of Argyle Recreation Director with summer camps and recreation activities.

A driver’s license would be an asset, and applications must meet requirements

of the Manitoba Green Team job and Canada Summer Jobs programs. Successful candidates must be students between the ages of 15-29.

L.U.D. of Baldur Assistant Groundkeepers

This position includes mowing & trimming, tree watering, maintenance of park facilities and assisting with the E-waste recycling program.

A driver’s license would be an asset, and applicants must meet requirements of the Manitoba Green Team and Canada Summer Jobs programs. Successful candidates must be students between the age of 15-29.

Positions depend on funding, but will run approx. June, July & August.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF ARGYLE
2026 FINANCIAL PLAN

(In accordance with subsection 162(2) of The Municipal Act)

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Rural Municipality of Argyle will hold a public hearing regarding its proposed 2026 Financial Plan on:

Tuesday, April 14, 2026
10:00 a.m.
RM of Argyle Municipal Office
132 Second Street North
Baldur, Manitoba

Council will present an overview of the proposed plan, followed by an opportunity for members of the public to ask questions, make representations, or register objections.

Copies of the proposed Financial Plan are available upon request by contacting the Chief Administrative Officer at:
cao@rmofargyle.ca

Written submissions may be sent to the CAO by mail or email prior to the hearing.

Council encourages all residents and interested persons to attend.
